When applying for membership as an employer or worker, your sector of activity must be related to the maritime industry, otherwise your application will be rejected.

Rights of employer and worker members:

• Right to vote at any annual general meeting (AGM) and/or special meeting of members
• The delegate of an employer or worker member may be an administrator of the CSMOIM board of directors under the conditions set out in the general regulations.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the conditions of membership set out in article 4. 6 of the general by-laws, which are as follows:

a) I wish to support the Corporation in the realization of its orientations and to participate in various ways in the realization of its objectives;
b) I accept the mission, objects and general by-laws of the Corporation;
c) I submit my membership application electronically by completing all the required information on the form available on the Corporation's website, or send the form by e-mail to the Secretary of the Corporation;
d) I designate a person at least 18 years of age to represent me. This person must be employed by the member company/organization/association or be a member in good standing of the association;
e) Be admitted by the Board of Directors (BOD) in accordance with article 4.7.
