Survey of Training Needs in Non-regulated Maritime Careers: CSMOIM Equips Itself With a Strategic Tool to Guide Future Actions

The CSMOIM has commissioned Groupe DDM to carry out an in-depth survey of training needs in the non-regulated maritime careers, an essential tool for guiding its future actions. Carried out in winter 2024, the survey will enable us to define our priorities in terms of developing and adapting our training to meet the current and future needs of our industry. The CSMOIM will then be able to take concrete action to promote skills development and ensure the growth and sustainability of the maritime sector.
